This latest version of the Stilo ST5 FN Zero helmet offers the pinnacle of formula racing helmets. This 'Zero' version is constructed from high tensile autoclaved carbon fibre for exceptional strength and ultra-light weight (it is the lightest FIA approved helmet available). These properties allow this helmet to surpass the latest FIA 8860-2018 safety standard with unparalleled levels of impact and puncture resistance.
Electronics and side ports deleted for optimum weight saving
Earmuffs: Certified for track use as they offer excellent isolation from external noises. They are removable and not fitted with speakers, which are not permitted on circuit: communication is always carried out through ear plugs (available separately). The pressure on the head from the earmuffs can be adjusted by changing the special foam rubber pads (supplied) positioned between the earmuff and the helmet.
Double Shell: Two different shells: one for small sizes (XS, S, M and L-59) and one for large sizes (L-60, XL, XXL and XXXL).
Optional: Air intakes, visors, short sun screen visor, top air system and frontal drinking system.
The Stilo ST5 FN Zero is constructed using the very best materials (high tensile carbon) and the very best building techniques (autoclave moulding), together with the use of a EPS (expandable polystyrene), combine to achieve an exceptionally light weight helmet with very high safety standards. Designed for racing in open top cars the helmet comes as standard with a full visor, although a short sun shade is available as an option making it ideal for use in a saloon or GT racing.
Includes factory fitted FHR (Hans) posts. This helmet is not fitted with any electronics or side ports.
Weight: small shell 1200±30g, large shell 1300±30g
What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
