AiM Exhaust Gas Thermocouple Temperature Sensor M5 K Type

The AiM Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor (EGT) can measure the exhaust gas temperature by being placed in the exhaust header pipe.

The AiM K Type thermocouple temperature sensor is fitted with a two pins male thermocouple connection. It can measure the exhaust gas temperature by being placed in the exhaust header pipe around 150mm from the exhaust pipe.

Connections
To use the sensors with EVO4 and EVO4S data loggers, you will need a TC yellow 712 4 pin patch lead (metal binder plug) or to use them with an AIM TC Hub or directly to a MyChron4 or MyChron5 kart lap timer/dash logger, you will need a TC yellow 712 3 pin patch lead (metal binder plug).

MXS, MXG, MXP, MXL2 and EVO5 will require a TC - TC yellow patch lead. To connect the thermocouples to these Aim dash/loggers, you need to use the dedicated harness supplied with your device.
